These Beta Tester Terms ("Beta Terms") govern your participation in the Tuku early-access beta programme ("Beta Programme") operated by Hiveknow Limited. By completing payment and accessing the Services under the Beta Programme, you agree to be bound by these Beta Terms and Tuku's general Terms of Service (available at https://tuku.co/terms), which apply to the extent they are not modified by these Beta Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Beta Terms prevail.

1. Eligibility
Participation in the Beta Programme is limited to:
- TikTok business accounts registered in Vietnam, Thailand, or Indonesia;
- Merchants who are at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter binding contracts;
- The first 50 eligible applicants to complete payment (the programme closes automatically once all spots are claimed).
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to decline or cancel any Beta Programme purchase that does not meet these requirements, in which case a full refund will be issued.
2. The Lifetime Deal
2.1 What you are purchasing
By paying US$49, you receive a licence to access Tuku's Pro plan for as long as the Tuku Services remain operational — this is what "lifetime" means in these Beta Terms. It does not mean an unconditional, irrevocable, perpetual licence independent of Tuku's continued operation. Your access is contingent on the Services remaining live (see section 8 — Termination and Closure).
2.2 What is included
As a beta tester, you receive Pro plan feature access for as long as the Tuku Services remain operational, with the following specific entitlements:
- Up to 10,000 monthly active contacts (MAC);
- Conversation history retention of 24 months (matching the standard Pro plan);
- Media, files, and attachments: 1 GB per 100 MAC (matching the standard Pro plan);
- Archived contacts: up to 24× MAC (matching the standard Pro plan);
- Comment-to-DM automation and unified inbox;
- Direct access to founders via a private communication channel;
- Input into product direction and roadmap decisions.
These limits are subject to the same fair use policy that applies to standard Pro plan customers (see Terms of Service, section 3.7).
2.3 What is not included
- AI-powered messaging features (AI Features are excluded from this Beta Programme plan; the standard Pro plan AI credit allowance of 10 credits × MAC per month does not apply to Beta Programme participants and may be offered separately in future);
- Features that we classify as add-ons or separate products at the time they are launched;
- Any service-level guarantees or uptime commitments during the beta period.
2.4 Future changes to the Pro plan
The features and limits of the Pro plan will evolve as the product develops. As a beta tester and lifetime deal holder, you will receive the Pro plan as it exists at any given time. We may add features to the Pro plan that benefit you, or we may adjust plan limits. We will not materially reduce your core access (comment-to-DM automation, inbox, TikTok Shop integration) without prior notice and without offering a fair remedy.
3. Payment and Refunds
3.1 Price and payment
The Beta Programme fee is US$49 (US dollars), payable as a single, one-time charge via Stripe at the time of sign-up. There is no recurring subscription, no auto-renewal, and no further charges associated with this deal (except for any optional add-ons you may choose to purchase separately in future).
3.2 Seven-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of completing payment, contact us at beta@tuku.co and we will issue a full refund without question. After the 7-day window, the US$49 fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or in the event of closure under section 8.2.
3.3 Taxes
The US$49 fee is exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any VAT, GST, withholding tax, or similar levies required by your jurisdiction.
4. Beta Tester Obligations
In exchange for lifetime access at the beta price, you agree to:
- Use the Services actively on a real, live TikTok business account — not a test or dummy account;
- Provide feedback at least once every two weeks during the active beta period (a short Loom recording or written message is sufficient);
- Participate in one case study with us when you achieve results that are worth sharing — we will work with you on timing and content, and you retain approval rights over any content published about you;
- Answer our questions honestly, including when something we shipped is not working well — we need accurate feedback more than positive feedback.
These obligations are the spirit of the programme, not strictly enforced legal obligations. We will not terminate your access for missing a single feedback cycle. However, if you are persistently unresponsive or inactive for more than 90 days with no communication, we may reach out and, as a last resort, convert your access to a standard free plan.
5. Beta Product — What to Expect
- The Tuku platform is under active development during the beta period. Features may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to change without notice.
- We will communicate changes, outages, and updates via our private beta channel and email.
- The Services are provided 'as is' during beta without any uptime, performance, or availability guarantees. We will do our best, but cannot commit to SLAs at this stage.
- We may add, remove, or significantly alter features based on feedback and business direction. We will prioritise the input of beta testers in these decisions.
- Integration with TikTok's API is subject to TikTok's own policies, which can change. We are not liable for limitations imposed by TikTok on our platform.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services as a beta tester is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://tuku.co/privacy. As a beta tester, you may be asked to share additional usage data, screenshots, or session recordings for product improvement purposes. We will always ask for your consent before collecting anything beyond our standard data practices.
7. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
Beta testers may have early access to features, designs, and roadmap information not yet available to the public. You agree to keep non-public product information confidential and not to share screenshots, feature details, or roadmap information publicly without our prior written consent. This does not prevent you from sharing your general experience or results with Tuku on social media — in fact, we encourage it.
8. Termination and Service Closure
8.1 Termination for cause
We may terminate your Beta Programme access immediately if you: (a) violate Tuku's Terms of Service or these Beta Terms in a material way; (b) engage in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behaviour; or (c) violate TikTok's platform policies in a way that affects our API access. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
8.2 Closure of Tuku
If Hiveknow Limited permanently discontinues the Tuku Services or winds down its operations for any reason — including but not limited to commercial failure, regulatory action, or strategic decision — your lifetime access will terminate along with the Services. In such an event:
- We will provide at least 30 days' advance written notice where it is reasonably possible to do so;
- We will provide you with a prorated refund calculated based on the time elapsed since your purchase date relative to a 36-month baseline period (for example, if you have had access for 12 months of a 36-month baseline, you would receive a refund of approximately two-thirds of your US$49 fee);
- We will give you reasonable time and tooling to export your data before shutdown.
"Lifetime" in these Beta Terms means for the duration that Tuku operates — it is not a guarantee that the business will operate in perpetuity, and we make no such representation.
8.3 Voluntary cancellation
You may close your account at any time. Voluntary closure after the 7-day refund window does not entitle you to any refund. If you choose to close your account, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with these Beta Terms and the Beta Programme shall not exceed the US$49 fee you paid. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services during the beta period.
10. Governing Law
These Beta Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under these Beta Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in Tuku's general Terms of Service.
