What is BigSeller?

BigSeller is a cloud-based omnichannel e-commerce ERP built for Southeast Asian online sellers. Launched in 2019 and operated by Shenzhen Douxun Technology Co., Ltd, it lets merchants manage products, orders, inventory, purchasing and finances across 20+ marketplaces from a single dashboard. The platform reports over 1.1 million users and processes more than 300 million orders and about US$1.5 billion in GMV each month.

How BigSeller works with TikTok

BigSeller connects directly to TikTok Shop via official APIs, syncing orders, listings and inventory alongside a seller's other channels so stock never oversells across platforms. Sellers can bulk-list and migrate products to TikTok Shop, process and ship orders with real-time logistics tracking, and run unified reporting. BigSeller is an officially recommended ERP for TikTok Shop and has been ranked the #1 Class S ISV in Southeast Asia, giving it early access to new TikTok Shop APIs and features.

BigSeller offers a permanent free plan (roughly up to 1,500 orders/month across up to a few connected stores). Paid VIP subscriptions scale by order volume, number of stores and advanced features, starting from approximately RM129/month (around US$29) and ranging up to about RM1,299/month, billed monthly or yearly with no long-term contract.
